Another wonderful entry! Sorry I can’t post picture steps, my computer can be very gay with me sometimes if you know what I mean.
Instructions
1) First fold the square shaped paper in half.
2) Fold in half again, right to left.
3) Spread out the top flap from the inside and fold by pressing down. Turn over.
4) Swing the right hand edge to the left.
5) Spread out from the inside and fold by pressing down.
6) Bring the bottom corners to the top point and fold.
7) Bring the side corners to the centre and fold as shown.
Fold top corners down.
9) Fold the corners over again and tuck corners into the pockets. Turn over
12) Repeat 7-9 on the other side.
13) Blow into the opening at one end of your balloon and watch it expand.
14) You’re done!
